Bristol-Myers Squibb has announced plans for an expansion of its large-scale biologics manufacturing facility in Devens, Massachusetts.
The expansion will create a mammalian Cell biologics center of excellence through the introduction of biologics development and clinical trial manufacturing capabilities to the site.
Both represent new capabilities for Devens, a site that in its early years has focused solely on large-scale, bulk biologics manufacturing.
Due to growth, we are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Specialist to work 12 hour, rotating shifts from 6pm to 6am.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and / or operate plant clean utilities equipment, process equipment in order to sustain a large scale biotechnology manufacturing facility in accordance with CFRs, SOPs, job plans, and BMS policies.
-Participates in a detailed training program, in order to develop as a SME in the maintenance operations field.
-Assists in the evaluation of maintenance procedures and recommends and implements changes to optimize the maintenance program.
-Develops, revises, and reviews related SOPs or job plans/work plans for work related areas.
-Performs advanced troubleshooting of clean utilities and process equipment / systems.
-Ensures all assigned work is completed within the assigned scheduled shift.
-Performs evaluations of the current maintenance procedures and implements changes to optimize the maintenance program.
-Supports on-call response.
-Provides Subject Matter Expertise in at least one Unit Operation or Technique within Maintenance and Clean Utilities Operation.
Qualifications -High School Diploma or equivalent.
-A minimum of 4 years directly related experience one of the following fields:
clean utilities operations / maintenance, process equipment maintenance.
-Ability to interact and communicate directly with Operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
-Basic knowledge of computer systems used in business, previous experience using automated work orders and job instructions desired.
-Contact with other members of the Maintenance Team as well as members of the Metrology/Asset Management Team.
-Associates/Specialists will have daily contact with her/his supervisory staff for work assignments, coaching and general management discussions.
-Basic lifting involved, accessing large manufacturing equipment, gowning, exposure to chemicals, access to secured areas, exposure to confined space, and ability to work at different heights.
-These roles require some contact with hazardous materials such as caustic and steam.
-Requires overtime, weekend and occasional holidays.
-Decision making upon consultation with Manager -Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
