Part Time Furniture Assembler/Merchandiser NEEDED in State College
Job Description:
Opportunity is part-time, on-going Assembly work for both in-store (Nationwide Office supply chain) and in-home furniture assembly. As an Independent contractor you will be assembling RTA Furniture, Gas Grills, Exercise Equipment and Display Racks.
Assemblers Requirements
o Have merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly experience
o Ability to assemble products according to written instructions
o Be able to read plan-o-grams and perform customized category resets independently
o Be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs
o Be able to bend and stand for extended periods
o Have internet access & active email address
o Report work completions on the same day as service
o Have reliable transportation, some travel involved
o Have own tools
o Agree to participate in a motor vehicle or other (criminal) background screening if requested
