Job Summary
Prepare complex financial reports and analysis for business unit management personnel at all levels.
Provide other finance support and special projects as required.
Essential Job Functions
o Prepare monthly budget variance analysis and forecasting reports and provide recommendations.
o Prepare monthly key performance indicator metrics reports and provide analysis on trends and drivers.
o Develop financial and business models to provide the business additional insight to make decisions on improving the business.
o Prepare and review special projects and initiatives to provide critical feedback to business partners.
o Perform consolidation and analysis on annual strategic and financial planning.
o Prepare ad hoc reports, analysis and conduct special projects as necessary.
o Analyze underlying business factors that drive expenses within the department.
o Provide critical feedback on capital appropriation proposals.
o Conduct financial review of vendors and review Capital Appropriation Proposals.
o Lead process improvement projects.
o Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company published manuals.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Passage of 1 CPA or CMA exam or have 2 MBA or Master courses preferred.
Experience Requirements
4 years of prior Accounting or Finance experience preferred.
Candidate qualifications may be reviewed against the requirements for the associated levels of this position's core function.
Special Skill Requirement
Advanced Excel skills including working knowledge of pivot tables, macros and functions required.
Working knowledge of Access and SAP.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
