Bachelor's Degree and 5
years of experience in healthcare or legal compliance related field, such as Health Information Management, Corporate Compliance or direct Privacy Management.
Prefer certification in Healthcare Privacy or Health Information Management.
Must has experience with or knowledge/expertise in HIPAA/HITECH/Omnibus Final Rule; Federal and State rules and regulations, regarding ROI and their implications; as well as preparing and conducting HIPAA and Privacy Audits.
Require strong analytical and organization skills; excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
