Job Descripion:
Under the direction of the Plant Manger, the Quality Manager plans, directs, and coordinates Quality activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain Quality functions.


Main Tasks:
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize costs.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibility.
Inspecting, analyzing, and/or drafting equipment, structures, and data/information
Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards.
Reading technical drawings.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years' experience
Competency in Microsoft Office
Strong mathematical skills
Strong negotiation skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
