DUTIES: Support search advertising business by providing Big Data analytical insights into search marketplace performance utilizing Pig and Hadoop technologies. Gather and interpret data to generate business KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and track them effectively. Design and build systems that will seamlessly provide real-time insights and reports regarding performance KPI at hourly/daily intervals. Gain insights on what drives marketplace performance in terms of both revenue per search as well as advertiser ROI.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related and two years of experience building Big Data systems utilizing Pig and Hadoop.
ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a Masters degree and two years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related followed by five years experience building Big Data systems.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Requires education or experience in: 1. C, C++, Java, Perl and Shell scripting; 2. Big data processing using Hadoop, Pig, HDFS and Hive; 3. Task scheduling utilizing Oozie; 4. MySQL development on Unix environment; 5. ETL process design, development and Automation; 6. Data mining; and 7.Cloud computing;
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
