The Software Engineer II is a mid-level position in to the software engineering job family that designs, creates, and modifies customizes software applications
Essential Responsibilities
Performs object-oriented software development, delivering high quality complex software, using the appropriate language (varies depending upon the project/product).
This position works closely with clients, analysts, project and product management, testers and other resources within the company and client base to ensure successful use of the software.
Under general supervision, modifies programs from detailed specifications.
Participates in the quality process though test driven design, unit test authoring, test review, execution, and static code analysis.
Supports and troubleshoots intermediate client issues, delivering code fixes as needed.
Follows engineering guidance and governance procedures.
Plans manages time to successfully deliver long-term and short-term deliverables.
Introductory mentoring and/or training of others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent is required.
Preferred two to five years related experience.
This position may require up to 20% travel.

Intermediate knowledge of the software development lifecycle and related tools
Requires strong knowledge and experience in software engineering and in the software development life cycle to bring success to the client, organization, and healthcare community
Ability to author software using a managed language, IDE, and compiler

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
