CHC Helicopter has an opportunity for a Sr.
Analyst, Inventory Control.
This position is responsible to analyze and control CHC's Rotable Capex Investments and consumable purchases.
The Sr.
Analyst, Inventory Control prepares and maintains the rotable Capex budget, reports and challenges the purchase of rotable and consumables inventory, identifies and tracks initiatives related to inventory reduction and Capital Expenditures.
Responsibilities:
This position is the primary interface with the Finance department for Rotable Capex (Rotable Capital Expenditure) and Consumable Purchase.
This is a transversal position that should reach out to multiple departments and functions to be successful.
Inventory and Capex Budget:
Responsible to develop the budget required for the coming Quarters and following Fiscal Years Reforecast the Rotable Capex every quarter Prepare Budget documents for Rotable Capex and manage the process for the supply chain Responsible for setting review meetings for Rotable Capex and Inventory budgets and as otherwise required Identify initiatives to reduce Capex and Inventory levels Responsible to explain and present the proposed budget to management and the Finance department Monitoring Rotable Capital Expenditure and Consumable Purchase:
Maintain Rotable Capex report, ensure accuracy of data and projection Report Rotable Capex and Consumable Expenditure on a weekly basis to finance and management Keep track of AFE (Approval For Expenditure) spent and ensure the expenditures remain within the approval boundaries Keep track of Capex and consumable purchase initiatives.
Drive transversally the actions to meet target Drive Success:
Develop root cause analysis and action plans when gaps to target are identified Drive the corrective actions to success Support monitoring and reporting of Inventories.
Back-up of Sr.
Analyst Inventory Control in charge of Inventory Reporting Provide detailed and general support to other departments as it relates to inventory management.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on quality Highly analytical with a strong attention to details Ability to present complex data in a simple and comprehensive manner Excellent listening, verbal and written communication Excellent collaborative problem solving skills International travel may be required.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Areas of study preferred:
Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance 2yrs relevant experience, preferably in inventory control and/or analysis; Aerospace experience and working in a multicultural environment is a plus Please apply ONLINE at www.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
