Administrative Assistant
Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Administrative Assistant in the Niles, MI! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant in the Niles, MI. The Administrative Assistant will prepare management presentations/reports, correspondence to customers, training aids, travel arrangements, and support to HR. The Administrative Assistant will also handle reception area as well as main call line. Candidate will be working 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday and should be flexible in working overtime when needed.
Candidate will be working in multiple departments:
1. Human Resources
2. Accounting - AR/AP/GL
3. Front Desk
4. Plant Administration -Strong computer skills including presentations (PowerPoint), word and excel spreadsheets.
-Able to maintain confidentiality and communicate well (verbally and in writing) to All levels.
