Telemarketing Leader
Seeking a telemarketing leader with 1-3 years of experience in the telemarketing industry. Individuals with no managerial experience are encouraged for this opportunity! Training will be available to ensure this employee will successfully be supervising as well as participating in a team of 5-10 telemarketers who must reach out to businesses and perpetuate solid leads from companies who will benefit from this company's IT services (specialized carrier solutions/computer repair/internet service providers).
This individual should have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and telemarketing. It is essential that this employee have the ability to effectively sell these IT services and there benefits to small/mid-sized business prospects.
This individual will ideally be very self-motivated, determined, and have the capacity to work under minimal supervision.
This position also promises room for growth! After proving to be a successful telemarketing leader, a promotion as a Sales Consultant/Account Executive, and Senior Sales Consultant would be the next steps for career growth.
