Mission Rock Residential is a top tier Multi-Family housing apartment community management company and we are on a mission to find the best Service Technician in the Beaverton, OR area.
Position
Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Service Manager/Supervisor or property staff, or as requested by residents or vendors. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws.
Candidate must be able to work in a team based environment and have good communication skills.
Candidate must have own basic tools
Education and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
On Call is a must
position is Tuesday to Saturday
Required Licenses:
Current driver license and automobile insurance.
