Computer Systems Analyst: Analyze user requirements and design functional specification to management real properties, lead system development, edit and approve user and application documentation for the use of new and revised system.
Required Masters degree (or foreign credential equivalent) in Computer Science, at least 6 months of experience in system analysis, and proficiency in XML, SQL, C++, Asp. Net, Oracle, MS-SQL Server, EPM System, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Apache, Windows Server, Linux and Solaris.
