Sr. Sharepoint Developer

The term is 12 months with an option to extend.
Full-time, on-site 150 hours per month in West Sacramento.
1. Must have at least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years performing design and development of web sites, applications, and custom web parts for the SharePoint platform.
2. Must have at least five (5) years of experience, within the last eight (8) years performing planning, implementation, and administration of multi-collection SharePoint farms.
3. Must at least six (6) years of the last 10 years of experience performing design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET web services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.5 in support of a large scale Pension, Financial, or similar type organization.
Highly Desirable
1. Have the ability to create architectural artifacts and user documentation.
2. Have the ability to train SharePoint staff, application developers, site administrators, and end users to work effectively with existing and planned SharePoint frameworks.
3. Have demonstrated sound analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to logically approach a problem and document the findings.
4. Have a high level of integrity, positive attitude, commitment and people skills.
Desirable/Nice to Have
1. Have experience implementing, migrating to, and administering enterprise SharePoint 2013.
2. Have experience implementing and administering 3rd party SharePoint administration and governance solutions.
3. Have experience with PowerShell 2.0.
4. Have the ability to communicate complex and technical concepts clearly to a broad range of stakeholders and technical staff in a written or oral context.
5. Have the ability to promote and encourage adherence to standards and processes in environments where you lack authority to enforce them.
6. Have the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
