As a Retail General Manager with 2020 Companies, you will lead a team of 10-15 sales representatives throughout multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years management experience in like industries. We are looking for a leader that will not only train sales representatives, but also keep them motivated and engaged throughout their term of employment. The General Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager, the Recruiting Department, and the Sales Representatives.
Additional responsibilities include:
? Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
? Personally account for team members and all documents pertaining to team sales
? Responsible to accurately track head count, office/kiosk revenue and changes
? Effectively provide daily direction, sales training, and guidance while ensuring retention of superior Sales Representatives
? Run all sales meetings; make daily schedule for teams
? Assist in temporarily overseeing additional stores/kiosks as business needs dictate
? Dress and act professionally at all times
Requirements
? High school diploma or GED
? 18 years of age or older
? Minimum 4 years commission-based sales management experience required, wireless or telecommunications sales experience preferred
? Reliable transportation
? Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
? Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
? Strong sales closing abilities
? Effective sales training skills, closing techniques, etc.
? Ability to walk 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 20 pounds
? Excellent work attendance and punctuality
? Organization skills a must!
