Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time Bank Teller in the Niles, Mi area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Full-Time Bank Teller in the Niles, MI area. Candidates will provide clients with friendly service and meet financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering other opportunities to promote additional services.
Responsibilities:
o Processes banking center transactions, cash machine and vault balancing activities, following policies and procedures
o Greets clients and promotes bank products and services
o Answers inquiries and refers clients to appropriate client services specialist
o Utilizes problem resolution process for appropriate levels of service
o Participates in retail sales programs to help meet personal and banking center goals
o Participates in community projects and appropriate educational programs related to the position
o Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
o Understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
o Ability to work all banking center hours which can include Saturday, Sundays and evenings. o One (1) - two (2) years of customer service experience preferred
o High School Diploma/GED required
o Customer service and sales oriented
o Good PC skills
o Cash-handling experience
o Ability to cross-sell bank products and services.
o Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records
