Salary 75K - 85K.
Looking for a first shift production area manager over an assembly and fabrication group. Must have automotive Tier 1 experience. Experience working with Ford motor company would be a definite plus. Reporting to this position will be shift supervisors. This is a nonunion operation so they would prefer someone with non-union background. Successful candidate will be degreed and have a strong background in lean manufacturing.
