Nurse Practitioner - Functional Medicine
Living Health Integrative Medicine is a multidisciplinary practice located in Annapolis. Private Practice/Outpatient Setting. No on call, weekends or rounds, fantastic lifestyle. Must have a desire and feel a responsibility to help motivate, teach and lead others to a healthier lifestyle. Approximately 35-40 hours/week.
Requirements Include:
o Current Maryland State License
o Preferred - credentialing with Medicare and BCBS
o Preferred - experience in Functional Medicine
Responsibilities Include:
o Medical weight loss counseling and promoting a healthy lifestyle
o Nutritional supplementation
o Vitamin injections
o Initial Examinations and re-exams
o Ordering and interpreting lab tests and diagnostic tests
o Joint and TP injections
o Exercise instruction and follow-up
