Administrative Assistant

is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Payroll Processor to support a Military training exercise at Fort Sill, OK This is a temporary 4-6 week assignment.
Interviews will be held on 5/12/15.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant works under general supervision to assist with the collection of timecards, recording of timecard data for reporting, and payroll processing.
This individual is expected to have moderate knowledge of computer based systems and software packages, specifically MS Excel proficiency, as well as complete standard customer paper and online forms in addition to performing other tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Program Leadership.
Requirements:
MS Excel Proficiency.
Previous payroll experience a must.
Superior Attention to Detail.
Must have complete schedule flexibility as may be asked to work some evenings & weekends.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
Must be a United States Citizen Must have a Valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a criminal background check (7 year Felony/Misdemeanor) Must be able to pass a DMV check Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or G.

required Reside within a 50 mile radius of Fort Sill, OK.
Must be available to work every day/all hours for the entire duration of the scheduled exercise.
