My name is Candace and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Project Management Specialist 3 (Technical) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Issaquah, WA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Provide planning & resource scheduling support for PLM and SCM (Procurement, Engineering (SW/HW), Validation and Verification)
Prepare, monitor, co-ordinate & maintain detailed project plans encompassing design, procurement, integration, test and verification
Ensure that project plans are fully transparent and up to date during the entire project life cycle (planning through to execution)
Liaison with project team and internal suppliers
Assist & support in preparing department resource loading & allocation
Maintain project information to enable accurate records of contract history to be accessed
Support Operations Manager / Team Leader in effective scenario & resource planning activities
Identification & implementation of project planning processes & procedures
Support, assist & coach less experienced planners and project controllers
Commitment to Think Customer initiative including excellent call handling and voice mail skills
Commitment to TOP
effectiveness program

Responsibilities:
Extensive project planning experience within Software, Hardware and medical space
Very experienced user of MS Project.
Experience with MS Project in IT/Serverside.
Capability to build structures (WBS, reporting, Resource Planning)
Commercially / Contractually aware

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
