We invite you to join our team of select clinicians and conduct health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in the Forsyth, MO area.
We offer great compensation on a per visit basis and the scheduling is flexible and provide you with all the equipment you will need.
Flex Providers Details:
New Graduate nurse practitioners NP's welcome to apply:must be licensed and board certified
HRAs done in the home and SNFs
Must be experienced licensed Nurse Practitioner
ANCC or AAANP Board Certified Hours on an as needed basis (No minimum) - very flexible
Non benefitted position
Seasonal availability is optional
Paid per completed assessment $90-100 per visit
Laptop provided for HRA
Online training modules must be completed prior to starting
To join, you will need: Nurse Practitioner experience required BSN and MSN Current NP licensure in state of residence. Looking for weekend and evening coverage.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
