Assembler I (4405881)
Responsible to assemble and test product per the process specifications and direction of the group leader/supervisor/manager PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Use and understanding of Process Instructions, prints and drawings so that operations can be completed successfully.
Identify parts by using Part Numbers.
Utilize hand tools (wire strippers, pliers, cutters).
Measure various parts using (1/8, 1/16, 1/32 scales).
Coil wire and cable using machine, hand coilers or hand cutting methods.
Use machinery, wire strippers, terminating equipment and heat guns to build product.
Identify and apply product labels per instructions.
Crimp various types of connectors, lugs and pins.
Fill out Part Request/Return Forms as required.
Understand and strive to attain basic ISO 9000-2000 and AS9100 goals as they pertain to Production.
Adhere to Quality, Efficiency and Safety Requirements.
Perform other duties as required.
