Essential Functions:
o Working to build and sustain long term relationships with our customers
o Understanding the customer's needs and making appropriate suggestions to exceed their expectations
o Marketing new sales and special events
o Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and their total satisfaction throughout their Ashley experience
o Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotional products
You do not need sales or retail furniture experience to be successful in this role.
o Experience in delivering upon high customer expectations, work experience such as serving food and beverages, hotel or hospitality experience can be helpful but is not required.
o Entrepreneurial spirit and goal oriented, coachable with a willingness and desire to learn.
o Professional, driven, positive, resilient, and success focused.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Warm and friendly personality
o Love working with people
