Responsibilities:
Be responsible for eliciting and documenting user requirements for client's Health Plans.
Analyze current and proposed processes to document and develop current workflows and perform gap analysis.
Assist in the development and changes to new reports and extracts, and perform QA/User Acceptance Testing before this work is placed into production.
Provide system and project support related to Information Services activities.
Work with customers, vendors, consultants, and other Information Services staff while performing your duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and One (1) year of experience in information technologies or health insurance, orAssociate's degree and two (2) years of experience in information technologies or health insurance, orThree (3) years of experience in information technologies or health insurance.
