Inspection Support - All areas of production including molding, metal stampings & secondary, final assem
Provide feedback in the review and update of inspection plans for fabricated components and finished goods
Provide feedback in support of root cause and corrective actions to reduce internal process scrap. Ensure timely reporting of scrap.
Perform daily audits, inspections and reliability tests as prescribed in inspection plans.
Observe and follow good housekeeping and safety practices.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma; certified inspector qualification preferred
Exhibits knowledge and interpretation of blueprints
Understanding and use quality measurement tools; digital calipers, micrometers, special gauges, comparator, tensile tester
Computer skills; Word, Excel, SAP
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
