Looking for a Robotic Welder to plan numerical control programs that control contour paths for welding of metal parts on a Robotic Welder.
The Robotic Welder will be analyzing drawings, sketches, and design data of parts to determine dimension and configuration of welds and speeds.
The candidate will determine reference points and direction of machine welding paths, adjust wire, and heat parameters for optimum weld settings and maximum machine performance.
The selected applicant will write work instructions to guide setup and operation of machine and revise programs to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
Experience in programming and operating a robotic welder -Working knowledge of welding programs -Ability to read/interpret blueprints -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
