POSITION Overview:
Insuring the quality and timeliness of membership order processing, mailing schedules, and customer service activity to coincide with Client and PCD policy. Other responsibilities will include data research and analysis, problem resolution and record keeping. Candidate will be exposed to all facets of the PCD In-Detail membership system as well as AS/400 processing systems.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Daily interaction with the PCD front-end processing functions and AS/400 processing systems to insure timely and accurate application of transactions to the PCD In-Detail database
Update AS/400 and PCD In-Detail database offer files
Analyze, modify and release AS/400 cycle file and ACS error file transactions daily
Process daily uploads to the PCD In-Detail fulfillment system from the AS/400
Monitor daily mailing schedules and file transfers to insure client letter shop jobs are prepared and mailed according to schedules and component charts submitted by clients
Select and prepare invoice and renewal mailing files from PCD In-Detail database
Prepare and monitor print programming activity for PCD In-Detail clients, insuring they are designed and scheduled to meet PCD client requirements
Monitor and manage the inventory of client components stored at PCD
Assist in building and maintaining Client policy files
Provide support for internal and client customer service activity

EDUCATION/
Experience:
College degree, practical business management or computer programming experience required. A stable work history is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel) and MS Outlook. Must be proficient in data entry. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Must be a team player that is willing to work and cooperate with others. Must be an effective communicator who can prepare, and follow, both oral and written instructions.

CRITICAL THINKING & PROBLEM SOLVING:
Must have strong arithmetic skills and enjoy problem solving. Must be a logical thinker with strong reasoning and analytic ability.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
