WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR EXPERIENCED APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANTS! BOTH TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
We are requesting that all candidates applying for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position MUST have a Leasing License and skill in the following areas:
Resident service and retention including the ability to deliver a unique and memorable experience to all prospects and residents.
Strong communication and ability to highlight community features and benefits to prospective residents.
Bilingual a plus!!!
Ability to effectively convert visitors/traffic into leases.
Thorough knowledge of leasing contracts and addendums and ability to discuss and review contract details with residents.
Yardi, AMSI, Onesite, LRO and/or Yieldstar software knowledge is preferred.
Firm knowledge of and complete implementation of Federal Fair Housing Laws.
Candidates must be available to work weekends.
