The Business Process Engineer will be responsible for partnering with business functions to design, develop, and implement
automated business processes & workflows within the organization's BPM. The BPE will work both independently and in conjunction with external development teams to integrate prioritized business requirements into end to end automated processes.
This is an entry level role for recent graduates with strong academic background in computer science, engineering or related fields.
Our ideal candiates will combine their technical curiosity with common sense and design pragmatism to ensure that development
activities meet business requirements and are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities would include:
o Building core skill set in Appian application development with appropriate training
o Design, configure and implement BPM based solutions using Appian software
o Work with business analysts to clarify requirements and prioritize user requests and operational issues
o Enable development process through to delivery, including testing, end user solution demonstrations, and pilots
o Design and configure database structures to support the business processes and workflows
o Assist in the design of the department's Appian architecture spanning multiple process models
o Support the operation and maintenance of Appian applications
o Partnering with and managing teams of external developers to provide leverage and assist in designing larger and more
complex process modelsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
