LGC is currently seeking part time and seasonal servers for our banquet and events operations. We are seeking outgoing and personable individuals interested in pursuing a serving position in an enjoyable, fun environment. This position is perfect for college students and anyone looking to pick up extra shifts.
The candidate will utilize excellent service skills to connect with guests and members as well as build friendly and professional relationships with co-workers. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in the service industry but it is not required.
Responsibilities include:
oServing buffets, sit-down dinners, and hors d'oeuvres events
oSetting tables with quality china, glass, silver, and following all details of event order
oOrganizing motions to maximize efficiency of set-up and service
oEnsuring creativity of buffets and day-to-day guest and member special needs
oTake orders from guests to meet their needs, desires, and expectations in a quick and efficient manner
oMaintaining the side work associated with banquet operations and a safe and sanitary work environment
oPromoting an excellent work environment by following the standards of excellence at LGC with a smile
Qualifications:
o18 years of age or older
oat least 6 months of related work experience
oContagious positive attitude
oHigh school graduate or equivalent
oDemonstrated teamwork and guest interaction experiences
oDemonstrated leadership and initiative qualities
oAbility to lift 25-30 pounds

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
