Medical Surgical Nurse - Nights
General Summary
The Staff Nurse is a professional Registered Nurse who is accountable for the delivery of patient care. This includes assessing, coordinating and participating in total care and teaching for a specific patient population. The RN oversees all care provided by the LPN and CNA. Care is delivered in collaboration with the patient and family members, physicians, peers, and other members of the health care team. The staff nurse provides the leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Maine.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
