Fast Lane Entertainment is a bowling-based family entertainment center, that is looking for someone willing to sell our products inside the center. Birthday parties are a very big part of our business and this candidate will help manage and grow the birthday program as well as our group sales.

Guest Service
o Provides exceptional service to our guests at all times, both in person and on the telephone.
o Answers questions about the facility, pricing, group events, parties, food and beverage, hours of operation, location, etc.
o Models the core values of the center. A good example would be the FISH Philosophy:
o Play
o Make Their Day
o Be Present
o Choose Your Attitude
Sales
o Books parties and group events.
o Upsells events to obtain maximum revenue.
Administration
o Writes bills for party hosts.
o Processes credit card transactions.
o Closes out credit card machine and prepares appropriate financial reports.
o Updates relief staff on any pertinent information at end of shift.
o Attends staff meetings.
Qualifications
o Exceptional guest service skills and a desire to exceed guests' expectations every time.
o Computer, point of sale, and basic mathematical skills.
o Ability to sell events and party packages and upsell to maximize revenue.
o Professional appearance.
o Effective communication skills.
o Prior experience in a guest service and/or inside sales environment.
o Obtained or currently pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
o Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Salary $12/hr
This is a full-time positionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
