Responsible for the estimation of project costs, cost management, and project scheduling.
Must have strong Word/Excel and have estimating experience within the landscape or construction field. Will be assisting entering/processing landscape estimates.
Good written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational and time management skills and proficiency in Landscape Estimating Systems, and a basic understanding of business math.
Requirements:
-Landscape construction and irrigation design experience.
-Must possess a valid California driver's license and have a clean driving record.
-Self-starter with strong written and verbal communications skills.
-Computer skills in MS Office applications.
-General knowledge of landscape and irrigation material and labor costs.
-Ability to understand read and take off blueprints and specifications.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent organizational, communication, planning, and customer service skills
