Courthouse Research Specialist
Georgia Public Records Solutions is a dynamic company specializing in GA courthouse research. We are looking for the right candidate to cover the following counties: Dougherty and some surrounding counties. This is a full-time employment position with a starting salary of $24,000. What this position lacks in pay more than makes up with flexibility of hours and work/life balance. This is a home-based position that requires the researcher to physically visit each assigned courthouse and conduct courthouse document research and report results daily through a secure website. Georgia Public Records Solutions provides medical benefits and vacation and sick time are accrued each pay period. Georgia Public Records Solutions will also provide a car allowance, laptop and reasonable office supply reimbursements. There is a great deal of flexibility with this position and we are looking for someone that is dependable, trustworthy and good at thinking on their feet.
Requirements:
1. Reliable transportation
2. Availability to visit assigned counties and report results in a timely manner.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good with a computer and able to retrieve names and update results via a secure website (requires high-speed internet connection)
5. Professional work ethic
6. Detailed oriented
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (outlook, word, excel)
8. No criminal History
9. Must have high-speed internet connection at residence
Preferred:
1. Paralegal Certificate
2. Experience with court records
3. Legal Experience
4. Some college
5. Experience searching court records
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
