Job Description
The selected candidate shall perform material movement throughout the Material Validation organization, as well as, performing Receiving Inspection & Test (RIT) inspection in Supplier Quality's GDT Operations.
Required Skills:
Able to perform incoming inspection of a variety of materials, ranging from Printed Wiring Boards to machine parts and castings.
Experience with blueprints, MIL-STDs, technical procedures, specifications, standards, and other engineering and manufacturing documents
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong reading, writing, and verbal skills for interaction at various levels of management within the organization.
Ability to work within a technical environment developing/implementing practical solutions to a range of challenges in quality systems, process control, and materials
Incoming and/or Production Inspection
Monitor inventory accuracy
Movement of inbound material from warehouse to varies inspection operations and back
Collaborate with Programs to accurately determine factory requirements and priorities
Have interpersonal skills and ability to work well with employees, teammates, and customers
Effective written and verbal communication skills that allow for proper and precise result descriptions
Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as SAP (PRISM)
Candidate should have a strong desire for safety and security
Must be able to support on weekends and extended hours on a surge basis.
Participate in cause and corrective actions to alleviate production difficulties
Ability to perform job assignments with little to no assistance.
