Duties:
Maintenance technician for apartment complexes. Must have general troubleshooting/repair knowledge of mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems in residential apartments. Knowledge must also include repair and maintenance of general cosmetic areas such as painting, drywall, cabinets, trim-work, and interior hardware.
Also, position is responsible for exterior grounds at multiple apartment locations as well as commercial office complex. Areas will include all mowing, trimming and cleaning of hard surfaces, upkeep of flowerbeds and mulch, tree trimming, trash and debris removal. Seasonal duties will include winterizing irrigation systems, changing seasonal decorations and performance of periodic maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction/maintenance related field. HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications or licensing is a plus. Applicant must have a valid drivers license with no outstanding issues on their driving record. Applicant must have existing automobile insurance to verify that applicant is insurable. Applicant will be covered under company auto insurance policy. Applicant must have a general knowledge of street and roads in Clarksville. Applicant must pass a drug test. If hired, random drug testing will be conducted in accordance with Drug-Free Workplace certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
