Superintendent
General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvement in Orange and LA Counties is looking for an experienced superintendent. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience running commercial projects. Knowledge of building codes a MUST.
Job may require travel between multiple job sites. Job duties include management of labor staff, scheduling and oversight of subcontractors, full adherence to company policies, building codes and safety standards, professional communication with clients and main office (working knowledge of Excel, Projects, and Outlook).
