Summary:
Inspect and test returned product, diagnose failures
Review and maintain Customer Complaint records
Support system and product corrective actions
Conduct internal quality system compliance audits
Responsibilities:
Receive, diagnose, troubleshoot, disposition customer returns.
Enter pertinent data and information into Complaints database.
Generate reports and summaries for internal and external customers.
Perform final disposition of all Complaint records, maintain database.
Maintain and organize Complaint record file.
Perform testing and evaluation to support corrective actions and design changes.
Participate in regular product meetings.
Perform internal audits in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Perform job duties in accordance with ISO and FDA requirements.
Communicate with Quality and Regulatory regarding complaints and product performance.
Communicate with Customer Service group to process customer/patient returns.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Mechanical Technologies, Computer, or related technical discipline desired.
Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Control.
Skilled in performing electrical and mechanical inspections.
Experience in manufacturing environment is desired.
Computer Literate in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical inspection techniques.
Knowledge of ISO concepts, internal auditing and regulated work environment is helpful.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills, attentive to details
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
