Tire, Battery, Oil & Maintenance Technician
The Technician, Auto is responsible for providing professional, timely, and courteous customer service
in maintenance services, tires, batteries, oil and other certified automotive repairs while completing each job on
time without error or omission.
Provides proper customer focus and must work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, expert service to
every customer.
Demonstrates a sense of urgent responsiveness to every customer no matter what service is required.
Follows specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship and prevent complaint comebacks.
Applies exceptional attention to detail to ensure that no steps are missed so the customer's safety is not
jeopardized.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
