JOB
Summary:
This person is responsible for assisting the Director of Education and Teachers in carrying out their responsibilities.
Responsible for assisting Teachers in providing complete programs in Reading, English, and Math, and regular grade level instruction.
Responsible for assisting Teachers in providing a complete GED program for those youths who are able and wish to attain it.
Responsible for assisting Teachers in providing extracurricular activities such as journalism, arts and crafts, and newsletter.
Responsible for assisting Teachers in providing educational and vocational testing for all youths.
Responsible for maintaining records such as attendance, lesson plans, IEP's, and test results.
Responsible for serving on progress review teams to assess educational needs and progress of youths and to recommend treatment goals.
Responsible for serving as a positive adult figure for youths.
Responsible for assisting in general maintenance of the library.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Performing one-on-one non-instructional duties under supervision of the classroom teacher and program supervisors.
Assisting assigned student with all classroom related activities and duties as indicated by the child's Individual Education Plan.
Assisting teacher(s) with design and instructional materials for the classroom, assisting in planning and implementing educational activities, and overseeing and monitoring students.
May be assigned a variety of instructional duties, including assisting with physical education, library operations, and academic assessments.
Assists with instructional activities and helps implement methodology and use instructional media.
Works with individuals or groups of students in a variety of educational experiences and relieves the teacher of selected exercises and instructional drills with students.
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong work ethic.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience.
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the principles and methods of educating exceptional children are desirable but not required.
Experience working with adolescents and pre-adolescents is preferred.
Excellent teamwork ability.
High standards of quality and integrity.
Pre Employment Skills testing as well as background and drug testing required.
HOURS:
Full-timeOur team of electrical engineers performs a wide array of investigations ranging from electric power systems to semiconductor devices.
We operate laboratories for testing both heavy equipment and light electronic equipment.
Our scope of work includes the traditional electric power and electric energy systems, as well as electronic components and systems that are the foundation for our computer, instrumentation, control, and communications systems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
