JOB
Summary:
Responsible to possess a high level of knowledge and skill required to facilitate breakthrough improvements in key processes.
Spends 100% of time leading Six Sigma and Lean productivity projects and mentoring part-time.
Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
Promote and lead change by shifting paradigms, challenging the status quo and demonstrating sustainable results from Six Sigma projectsJOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Directs the activities of the Operational Excellence group which involves defining, designing and implementing continuous improvement programs.
Responsible for the analysis of improvement programs and the definition of improvement projects.
Consults with executives and other levels of line management regarding performance metrics to measure program success.
Drives all aspects of the Operational Excellence programs including project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.
Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards with all improvement efforts.
Partner with leadership to define key process improvement areas.
Lead and execute major process improvement projects.
Work with team to implement and sustain general Lean best practices (5S audits, visual mgt, etc).
Assist team in driving continuous improvement culture.
Update project tracking database with project status
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong work ethic.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience.
Excellent teamwork ability.
High standards of quality and integrity.
1- 3 years relevant experience.
Pre Employment Skills testing as well as background and drug testing required.
Certification is required with 18 months of hire.

HOURS:
Full-timeOur consultants find themselves with different roles from one project to another.
Our projects involve initial inspections and the collecting of evidence, analyzing and recreating the events in our labs, and finding answers and writing reports for our clients.
You will be introduced to each step in this process and will eventually master all of them.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
