Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is between $30-35/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Position:
Process and Strategy Specialist

Pay Rate will be between $30.00-$35.00 per hour based on manager discretion.

Position Specifics:

In this function you are responsible to further develop and maintain the processes and strategies of the purchasing department. You will directly report to the head of the Purchasing department.

You responsibilities will include:

? Analyze, harmonize and develop purchasing processes for US and Canadian entities based on central policies and guidelines
? Understand, improve and support implementation of purchasing systems
? Analyze and prepare purchasing-related KPI reports
? Create and maintain templates for commodity strategies, cost/pricing structures as well as purchasing forms and contracts
? Maintain and harmonize BMW?s purchasing terms and conditions in close cooperation with the legal department
? Continuously update and develop the purchasing website (content creation and publishing)

You will work closely with the buyers to understand the process and business needs in order to identify requirements for improvement. At the same time, you will liaise with the BMW head office in Germany in order to discuss new requirements and changes in processes, guidelines and purchasing systems. In your role you will also engage with different US and Canadian headquarter functions (legal, controlling, business departments, etc.) as well as affiliated BMW entities in the US and Canada.

We are looking for a candidate who will drive continuous development and enhancement of purchasing processes and strategies in close cooperation with internal stakeholders in the US and the central purchasing departments in the German headquarter.

This position is located in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey

Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree and min. 5 years experience in the BMW organization or/and equal area outside BMW.
? Sound experience in procurement and/or process management and/or project management
? Excellent verbal/written communication skills
? Project management skills
? Team-minded, proactive, structured, analytical, strategic thinking
? Sound MS Office knowledge
? Knowledge of SAP ERP desirable
? Knowledge of German language beneficial

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
