Establish, maintain and govern Cigna's global competency model and framework. Assess the company's global workforce and establish development solutions to address gaps. Design and develop protocols for global development action planning, and educate leaders and front line employees to utilize competency framework and model. Determine career development needs and interests of a global workforce, identifying progression opportunities and initiating assignments and experiences to fulfill requirements.
Experience must include global competency modeling, development action planning, and knowledge of business practices in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Position allows for telecommuting.
Position requires a master's degree (or equivalent) in economics, business administration, or a related field, and two years of human resources experience or a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, business administration, or a related field, and five years of human resources experience. Experience must include global competency modeling, development action planning, and knowledge of business practices in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Position allows for telecommuting.
