Tanker Trailer Welder/Mechanic

Experience welding pressure vessels, aluminum, stainless, carbon. Mig, Tig, Stick. Experience on tanker trailers desired. ASME code or R-Stamp. Some mechanical experience. This job requires the employee to be flexible in duties as this this is not a production welding job. A welder will sometimes spend a considerable amount of time in preparation work prior to making the required repair and welding. A welder will be asked to assist in and perform mechanical repairs in order to complete a job on time for a customer. Mechanic hand tools may be required.

Aluminum/Carbon mig and tig welding; mechanical fabrication and repair; trailer suspension and brake diagnosis and repair, electrical and air systems; refined petroleum overfill troubleshooting; hot products tank insulation; jacketing leak detection and repair; ASME Code welding; HM183 inspection experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
