We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a well-established company in Lahaina, Maui.

Job Description:
This person will be responsible for directing food preparation to staff, and may also need to supervise other kitchen personnel. Other duties may include: creating schedules, keeping track of inventory, and at times some administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Great leadership skills
: Good hand-eye coordination
Great time management skills
At least 2 years of CURRENT experience
Great written & verbal communication skills
: Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast paced environment
Pay: $40k-$60k/salary
