Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
Now hiring a Electro-Mechanical Maintenance in the East Longmeadow, MA area for a Direct Hire position! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Electro-Mechanical Maintenance in the East Longmeadow, MA area. This is a Direct Hire position!
Duties:
o Monitors facility and production equipment condition and reacts in a timely manner to nonconformance issues.
o Determines by regular inspection the repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns. Utilizes various mechanical and electrical test equipment to identify and trouble shoot machine problems. Including: digital voltage and current meters, oscilloscopes, data loggers, infrared temperature monitors, calipers, tachometers, etc.
o Perform planned electrical/mechanical preventative maintenance on all plant equipment and calibrations.
o Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
o Troubleshoot and view programs in PLC's. Disassemble and reassemble equipment for the purpose of rebuilding and repair. o Experience in:
PLC's, HMI operator interface devices, process instrumentation, PID temperature regulation, AC open and closed loop motor control, servo systems, load cells, pneumatics, hydraulics, and facility HVAC.
o Three phase, 480 volt power distribution. 110 volt ac, and 24 volt dc control voltages.
o Proficient in Siemens Simatic S7 series PLC's. Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and
WinCC HMI software packages.
Ability to monitor and edit PLC code in Ladder, Statement List, and Function Block
programming languages.
o Experience in Siemens MicroMaster, Sinamics, and Simoreg series AC motor frequency drives.
Ability to monitor, upload, download and edit frequency drive parameters using Siemens Drive Monitor software.
o Ability to construct and edit documentation using AutoCad software.
o Associates Degree in Electrical Technology.
