Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Apartment community has an immediate opening for a part-time Maintenance Technician in Westfield, MA.
Flexible 24 hour work schedule available Monday - Friday, with some on-call.
The Maintenance Technician assists with the efficient operation and daily upkeep of the community buildings and grounds which include the following:
o Assist all maintenance and repair operations at the site including responding to service requests within 24 hours and refurbishing vacant units within 3 business days,
o Maintenance and repair operations include but are not limited to, areas of plumbing, minor electrical and carpentry work.
o Perform turnover of apartments including cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and other repairs,
o Be available for after-hours emergencies when on-call and respond to calls in a timely manner.
Compensation: $11/hour, paid time off and 401(k) with generous match
