Job
Summary: Verifies and enters receipt of incoming shipments
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Receives all orders as follows
Compares quantities on the packing slip against purchase order, counts items for verification, and indicates any discrepancies.
Checks quality of produce
Places items in proper slots in the warehouse
Rotates produce.
Handles return shipments from customers
Assists in warehouse maintenance.
Prepares walk-in customer and run out orders;
Ensure warehouse is clean and safety procedures are met.
Essential Job Functions:
Must be able to regularly lift and or move 75 pounds or more.
Repeated bending, reaching, twisting and stooping;
Work in temperatures of 30-70
degrees F;
Stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel/ squat occasionally
Forklift experience a plus!
Salary: $13.00/hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
