Human Resources Generalist

Mole Master is immediately seeking an HR Professional to join our team!
Key Areas of Duty & Responsibility:
Serves as In-House Recruiter for Hiring Managers (place ads, pre-qualify resumes/phone interview, and drive fill rates on all open MoleoMaster positions)
Coordinates, establishes, and conducts thorough training programs for all Field Supervisors
Continually manages all MoleoMaster Training programs for all employees
Performs various Personnel processing (including: pre-employment testing, on-boarding, personnel files/action maintenance, termination processing, evaluation/review of incidents; unemployment processing when necessary)
CDL Driver & DOT Processing, OSHA Files Maintenance, etc.
Oversees DOT to ensure compliance; maintains awareness of any changes
Manages and administers Safety Program
Coordinates and conducts CPR/First Aid administration
Conducts on-site safety audits
Worker's Compensation semi-annual report, injury reports, related items
Ensures safety qualification for each contracted site
Oversees and assists with the evaluation and implementation of new technologies
Serves as in house expert on HRMS (ADP); champions the system, striving for 100% compliance/utilization of HRMS by all employees
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in HRM (preferred) or related discipline; 5 to 10 years minimum experience in Human Resources
High degree of computer knowledge and experience. This includes MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and HRMS database programs (e.g., ADP)



Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
