Appliance Sales & Service Manager
Local company in Madisonville, KY seeking an Appliance Sales and Service Manager. Pay will start at $13.00 to $15.00 an hour plus commission.
Summary:
Manage the Appliance Sales and Repair Services business. This position will require an experienced Appliance Manager that is able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to develop, lead and execute the businessEUR(TM)s Appliance strategy, yielding improved value/experience for customers and enhanced revenue/margin growth for the business.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- This role will coordinating all facets of the Appliances business to provide an optimum customer Service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization's business operating plans and strategic objectives
- This role will partnering with our buying Group, MegaGroup USA to ensure we are receiving the best product mix, pricing and optimal marketing plans.
- Coordinate Repair processing, pricing and scheduling with each of our respective Appliance Repair Centers, along with scheduling and dispatching Repair Technicians.
- Manage Inventory levels to optimize on-hand Inventory and Cost targets.
- Manage the Appliance P&L to meet aggressive growth targets.
Specifications:
Supervise a staff of two to three office and repair technician team members.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Delegate work to subordinates and evaluate their performance.
Advise leadership team on emerging Appliance Sales and Service strategies.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's or two-year Associates Degree preferred
Prior leadership position in Appliance Sales and Service preferred.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft Office Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
Other:
Occasional overnight travel is required to Dealer shows and conventions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
