Direct Hire Position in Beaverton Oregon
Local candidates desired, relocation not provided
work schedule: (3 days per week, 10 hour shifts) with 4 days off.
Printing and/or packaging experience preferred .
Ensure color consistency through the implementation and maintenance of print standards
drives processes including: Prepress (Plate Making & Mounting), Printing (Offset / Litho, Process)
Participate in troubleshooting production issues, quality problems and mechanical breakdowns.
Drive continual improvement at machine center.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to train future operators on machine centers.
Accountable for the daily operations of the machine center to include: production efficiencies, set up times, downtime and waste.
Ensure production data is being accurately captured and entered into production systems.
Ensure preventative maintenance is being performed in a thorough and timely manner.
Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations.
Ensure environmental policies are being met.
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance work orders and perform necessary maintenance and repairs on production machinery
Utilize testing equipment such as meters and calibrators to diagnose equipment issues
Maintain, install, and troubleshoot a variety of motors, machine control systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
hands on experience with Litho Machine


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
